Parent Policies and Guidelines for a Safe and Smooth Childcare Experience

Late pick up

Late pick up - Late pick-up fees apply for arrivals after closing time to ensure smooth operations and respect staff schedules. Plan ahead to avoid extra charges.

Sickness Policy

Children showing signs of illness (fever, vomiting, or contagious symptoms) must stay home until they are symptom-free or cleared by a doctor, ensuring the health of everyone.

Open Door Policy

We encourage parent involvement with our open-door policy, allowing visits anytime to foster a strong connection between families and staff.

Medical-Fire

Weather Evacuation- Medical, fire, and weather evacuation plans are in place, with regular drills to keep children and staff prepared for emergencies.

Arrival & Departure Safety

For arrival and departure safety, parents must accompany children during drop-off and pick-up. Notify staff if someone else will be picking up your child.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requires written notice in advance. Parents are responsible for any fees during the notice period and ensuring smooth communication with the staff for their child's transition.
